Certification

Certification according to ISO standards guarantees that our company complies with certain rules (whether laws or internal standards and regulations). We do not change our procedures on a whim or depending on the weather, but adhere to processes that guarantee our clients consistent quality of service.

We were the first to opt forISO 9001(quality management system) andISO 14001(environmental management system) certification back in 2011. We chose these certificates because we care about the environment, which is why we buy special energy-efficient processors for our servers, for example. Later, in 2013, we addedISO 27001 (information security management system), i.e., ISO focused on information security. This ISO 27001 certificate from TÜV SÜD focuses on a systematic approach to managing the security of confidential information, including employees, processes, IT systems, and even company strategy.

At the beginning of 2021, we were one of the few companies in the Czech Republic to obtain two additional important certifications. These areISO 27017(a set of procedures for information security measures for cloud services) andISO 27018(a set of procedures for the protection of personally identifiable information in public clouds). Both certificates extend ISO 27001 and focus on cloud services.

This certificate proves that we are able to systematically identify information security risks and minimize them.

We have plans in place for business continuity management in the event of emergencies caused by human or natural disasters.

We have better protection for confidential information and reduce the risk of hacker attacks.

We will be able to recover more quickly from the effects of an attack and improve our systems' ability to overcome the consequences of extraordinary events.

We have developed a structured and globally recognized information security methodology.

We comply with legal and contractual requirements.
